1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how IReason LLC ("OpenBrain", "we", "us") processes personal data in connection with the OpenBrain platform (the "Platform") and our website openbrain.io, in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

2. Our Role

Controller. We are the controller for personal data of our website visitors, business contacts and our customers' employees who use the Platform. This Policy covers that data.

Processor. For people who talk to our customers' bots, or who are contacted in customers' outbound campaigns ("End Users"), the customer is the controller and we process the data only on its instructions, on the terms agreed with that customer. If you are an End User, please contact the business whose bot you spoke with.

3. What We Collect and Why

We collect contact and account data (name, business email, phone, company, job title, login details), Platform usage and security logs (including IP address and device information), support messages, and website data through cookies.

We use this data to provide the Platform and manage our cooperation with customers (performance of a contract and legal obligations), to provide support and keep the Platform secure (legitimate interest), and to use non-essential website cookies (consent).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use personal data or End User conversations to train general AI models.

4. Data Protection

The protection of data is agreed individually with each customer. Data is encrypted, using keys specific to each project.

5. Retention and Security

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Retention of End User data is agreed with the customer. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorised persons.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing contact@ireason.mk. You may also complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection (www.azlp.mk) or your EU data protection authority.

7. Changes and Contact
